Request deletion by email
Email hello@upriseapps.com with the subject Pullfolio account and data deletion. Include your platform (Android or iOS) and the sign-in method/email you used, or your Pullfolio/support user ID if available. Identify any support conversation or other personal data you want deleted.
You do not need to reinstall the app to make a request. Additional information may be needed to identify the correct account. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.
Email a deletion requestWhat in-app deletion removes
Open Account → Delete account and data → Delete. A successful request removes these records from your active Pullfolio account:
- Collection, folders, copy notes, wishlist, scans and saved scan results and card-view history.
- Sale watches, price requests, tracking selections and notification tokens.
- Sign-in links, sessions, subscription status and stored account records.
- App activity stored with your Pullfolio account.
The app also clears its card photos, scan queue and locally saved support conversations on that phone. This cannot be undone.
Records retained after in-app deletion
- Usage and allowance records: Records of used free scans and other usage limits remain to prevent deletion from renewing allowances. They have no automatic expiry.
- Card feedback and submitted sale links: Your account ID is removed; report text, recognition corrections and submitted sale information remain without automatic expiry. Personal details typed into a report are not automatically removed from its text; identify them in an email deletion request.
- Support records: The in-app action clears local copies, but messages, attachments and the information provided with a support case remain without automatic expiry. Use the email route above to request their deletion.
- Card-data service usage logs: Your account ID is removed. Records older than 90 days are eligible for scheduled daily cleanup.
- Analytics: Existing Google Analytics records follow 2-month event-data and 14-month user-data retention. New activity resets the user-retention period. These controls do not remove aggregate reports.
- Crash reports: Firebase Crashlytics retains existing crash traces and associated identifiers for 90 days before starting removal from live and backup systems.
- Sign-in service records: After Firebase accepts a user-deletion request, its stated removal period for authentication data in live and backup systems is up to 180 days.
Use the email route above to request deletion of personal data held in support or other service-provider records. These records and backups are not all erased immediately by the in-app action.
Subscriptions and store accounts
Deleting Pullfolio does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in the store's subscription settings to stop future renewal. Deletion does not delete your Apple/Google account or the store's own purchase records.
